Will I still see my same doctor?
Yes. You’ll continue seeing the same trusted doctors and staff who know you and your eyes best. Nothing changes about your care team.
Will my clinic location change?
No. All VisionFirst clinic locations will remain open and continue serving patients as usual.
Do I need to reschedule my appointments?
No. Your current and future appointments remain valid. There’s no action needed from you.
Do I need to transfer my medical records?
No. Your doctor will maintain possession of your records and they are fully accessible to your care team.

Yes. Through February 2026, you will continue using your current VisionFirst clinic phone numbers and website to schedule appointments or reach your doctor. After March 1, 2026 you may reach our clinics by calling 833-SEE-TRIA.
Your current portal will continue to work through February 2026. A new portal with TriaVision will be introduced in March 2026. You may text or call a member of the TriaVision team at 833-SEE-TRIA for any information related to this transition.
Our check-in and billing processes will remain the same through February 2026. If you receive care after March 1, 2026, it will be managed by our new billing team at TriaVision.
Yes. All major insurance plans currently accepted at VisionFirst will continue to be accepted under TriaVision.
Billing statements and payment options will remain the same through February 2026. If adjustments occur in the future, you’ll receive detailed information to ensure a seamless experience.

TriaVision patients will soon have access to our state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center, located at 3980 Colonnade Parkway, Birmingham, AL—designed exclusively for ophthalmic surgery. VisionFirst and TriaVision doctors also perform surgery at a variety of other locations across Central Alabama.
Yes. Your current surgeon will continue to perform your surgery, now with access to the most advanced technology available in Alabama.
The partnership officially begins March 1, 2026. All VisionFirst locations and providers will transition under the TriaVision name over the following months.
